The Commercial Truck Brake Discs is a metal disc in the brake system that directly rubs against the brake pad to achieve deceleration, which is equivalent to the "friction bull's eye" when braking.
Appearance: It looks like a large metal plate (usually 30-50 cm in diameter) with a thick middle and thin edges. It is fixed on the wheel hub and rotates with the wheel.
Working position: It is located on the inside of the wheel, sandwiched between two brake pads (disc brakes), or cooperates with the brake shoe (drum brakes, used by some models). It slows down by generating heat through friction when braking.

About Us
Strict balance correction
Each Commercial Truck Brake Discs undergoes rigorous dynamic balance testing to reduce vibration and noise caused by imbalance and improve driving comfort.
Application of environmentally friendly materials
Using materials that meet international environmental standards, no harmful emissions, environmentally friendly, and improving the driver's working environment.
Easy to install and maintain
Standardized sizes facilitate quick replacement of existing parts without complex adjustments or modifications, simplifying the maintenance process.

Why Choose A Commercial Truck Brake Discs
Ultra-high temperature test
When braking under heavy load, the temperature of the brake disc can soar to more than 600℃ (10 times hotter than boiling water). High-strength cast iron or alloy materials must be used, otherwise it will deform and crack.
Huge friction
A truck weighing dozens of tons has a large inertia. When braking, the brake disc has to withstand a friction of thousands of Newtons. If the material is not hard enough, deep grooves will be worn out, affecting the braking effect.
Thermal decay resistance
When braking continuously on a long downhill slope, if the brake disc has poor heat dissipation, the friction coefficient will decrease due to high temperature (the brakes will become soft), and even cause brake failure.
How To Judge Whether The Brake Disc Should Be Replaced?
Look at the wear marks
The surface of a normal brake disc is smooth. If there are deep grooves (more than 2 mm), cracks or obvious deformation, it must be replaced.
Listen to abnormal noise
When braking, a "click-click" metal impact sound may be caused by uneven wear or deformation of the brake disc.
Braking vibration
When braking, the steering wheel or body shakes significantly, which may be caused by uneven thickness of the Commercial Truck Brake Discs after wear and unbalanced rotation.
