Installation Instructions

Before installation, check the brake disc surface for oil, dust, rust, or other contaminants. If present, clean it thoroughly with a neutral brake cleaner and allow it to dry completely before installation to avoid affecting braking performance.

During installation, ensure the brake disc is tightly attached to the wheel hub, and tighten the screws to the specified torque to prevent braking jitter and abnormal noise caused by looseness.

After installing a new brake disc, a break-in period is required: within the first 200 kilometers, avoid sudden or heavy braking. Maintain steady braking to ensure full contact between the brake disc and brake pads, and use the disc normally once the break-in period is complete.

If interference is found between the brake disc and the caliper or brake pads during installation, stop installation immediately, contact our technical staff to troubleshoot the issue, and do not attempt forced installation.

Do not continue using a brake disc that has cracks or severe wear, as this may lead to brake failure and safety accidents.

Do not arbitrarily modify the brake disc's size or hole diameter, as this may cause incompatibility with the vehicle's braking system and affect braking safety.
